I’m Liza Grundy, a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and hands-on house flipper with experience taking properties from acquisition through renovation and resale. Over the years, I’ve learned that flipping houses is about a whole lot more than picking pretty finishes—it’s knowing your numbers, managing budgets, working with contractors and trades, solving problems when renovations inevitably throw you a curveball, and ultimately seeing the potential in a property that others may overlook.

My experience in real estate has grown through actually doing the work—evaluating deals, developing renovation scopes, managing projects, working with lenders and investors, and navigating everything that comes with bringing a distressed or outdated property back to life. I’m currently taking the next step in my real estate career by working toward earning my Pennsylvania Real Estate License, allowing me to expand my knowledge and better serve the people I work with throughout the buying, selling, and investing process.

I’m passionate about real estate and entrepreneurship, but at the end of the day, family is what matters most to me. My husband, my boys, and the life we’ve built together are the reason behind everything I do. When I’m not walking a property, working on a renovation, running numbers, or dreaming up the next business idea, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family.

And, of course, there are my Frenchies. They’re basically family members with four legs, oversized personalities, and absolutely no understanding of personal space. If you know me, you know there’s a pretty good chance a French Bulldog is somewhere nearby.

For me, success isn’t just about building businesses or flipping houses. It’s about creating opportunities, building something meaningful, and still making sure there’s plenty of time for the people—and pups—I love most.
